My coaching style is grounded in years of clinical practice as a nurse midwife. I listen, understand the complex struggles people face, know how to support people through these times and come out stronger.  My years as a health care consultant inform me on the importance of transformative leadership and the development of effective teams. To this I bring coaching skills, to help you identify where you want to go, what is holding you back, and how to get there.
